Ah yes capitalism. Utterly and total without value. Obviously we should all do the only sensible thing and stop using it. Disconnect from society. Only grow our own foods. Build our own houses. Make our own electricity. Hell, then we can all design are own social media.

No one ever lost money - or in this case, lost clicks on social media - by underestimating the depth of how many priveleged people hate their privelege. I know of course, you're not writing these articles for money but the only reason we should do anything - the sheer joy of it.

I don't mean to begrudge your flaws of capitalism. And I'm sure you would gladly give up all your world possession and live without the fruits of it in a second. In fact I'm sure you'll do this right now. Capitalism seems to be working just fine for you. And it's not like you have a good alternative anywhere in your head. Hell, you'd die if you had to live for five minutes without your phone - which I assume you typed this wrenching article.

Oh I'm sure you're a very warm caring person who really thinks that this is contributing to society. I honestly prefer the people who post makeup tips on instagram. At least that's a meaningful contribution to someone. This is just sucking off the one natural resource that we will never run out of: liberal guilt.

I look forward to blocking you in the near future. And for the record, everybody is coping just fine with capitalism. People like you just make yourselves feel big by telling us there's something wrong with it. You don't have a problem with it either, of course. You just want to think it is.
