i ACtually saw the syndicated series both when it first came out and in reruns on the sci-fi channel in the 1990s and fairly recently.

Like many syndicated series during the 1980s, it was a lot better than it should have been considering the low-budget and often grusome nature. iTS FAR superior, in my opinion, to the version I saw on MGM plus thirty years later. Then again, that may be the memories of youth.
