I continue to think you're a genius because I remember the first group of bingable series. Glad you took by advice on mentioning Breaking Bad. Completely agree with you about The Night Of, Unbelievable and Ted Lasso and Mare of Easttown. (Still have no problem with Ted even in the middle of Season 2, but we can agree to disagree.) I loved The Undoing, but full disclosure it bares no resemblance to the book it's based on You Should Have Known. I have few problems with Kelley, but I think the series would have been more interesting had Kelley stuck closer to the plot. (Of course, then we wouldn't have had Hugh Grant at all, so trade-offs)

Another bingeable series: Little Fires Everywhere. rEESE WITHERSPOON and Kerry Washington star in an adaptation of a best-selling novel. Having read the book, the limited series is both radically different and infinitely better. See the series first and you'll agree.
