I have never never never tweeted. Thought it was a horrible idea from beginning to end. Nothing since its inception has made me believe it was a good idea, from concept to execution. I won't even go on twitter to post links to my own articles which have no doubt cost me hundreds, if not thousands of followers.

And I never will. Any concept whose fundamental idea is to reduce the complexity of thought to an absolute minimum isn't worthy of anyone's time - and that's BEFORE I read your article. Its not that I haven't seen thousand of articles about just how horrible the twitterverse can be. And in theory, I'm the kind of person who the twitterverse should love (white, cis, male) I have always believe that any thought we have should have more words devoted to it, not be expressed by an emoji.

I know this isn't the solution you hoped for and it may say more about me than any one else. But it is my perspective and I will never change it. Followers are nice. Being able to say what you think in details is always better.

After years of laboring for love in my blog on TV, I have decided to expand my horizons by blogging about my great love to a new and hopefully wider field.
