Not sure about Star Trek II, But you're spot on with all the rest. Indeed, in his 1981 work about horror Danse Macabre, Stephen King himself classified both Alien and 2001 as horror movies. Granted, he thought the latter was horror combined with black comedy, but that's true for a lot of Kubrick's work.
