And about slavery, when it came to form our country in order to make the UNITED STATES, slavery was a dealbreaker. Now I guess we could have just formed two separate countries and existed half-slave and half free. (And indeed many of your leftist ancestors really did think we should Of course if we'd wanted to end slavery that we, the North would have had to invade a foreign nation. And yes it was immoral for America to drop the A-Bomb on Japan. It was also immoral for the Japan to rape Nanking and perform atrocities acorss the population and have its scientists perform atrocities on its civilians. Wars aren't moral. CIvilizations are not moral. And don't pretend that there's some mythic civilization in our society that hasn't commited some atrocity. Hell there are genocides going on in Rwanda right now. Or am I african-explaining society to you?

That is the problem with you on the left. You believe the world should exist purely in a moral universe absent pragmatism and the behavior of manking. The world is not moral. It can aspire to be moral but it will fail And the reason right has been more successful, not just iin America, but the world is because it acknowledges a truth that you and your entire ilk and this generation can't accept. People are more easily led by their vices then their virtues.

I don't berate you because of this article. I berate you because you and everyone else on this blog REALLY thinks that you're making a difference with these articles. That's why there's no far left Political party by the way. You guys think that because you are on the right side of history that you don't think the present matters. Say what you will about the Republicans when they wanted to destroy our democracy THEY COMMITTED. THey spent half a century working on their logn term plans and had the patience to do all these horrible things. And during this half-century you on the left...did nothing. Not even vote. Something you still seem reluctant to do given your articles during the last year. I think you believe you believes tyou do but its easy to do that from an armchair or your computer screen. In the classroom or the pages of a book, all your theories are correct and will work and everyone in your circle believes in it. But you've never been able to commit the mases of that fact because you don't want to try and work on them anywhere but the book or the classroom. The one uniform thing the left has been good at for half a century in all of their actions is convinced millions of other people that the other side has their best interest at heart. If you were as smart as you claim to be, you might pick up on the implication. But your reactions as well as those of countless others make it clear that you listen to no one's voices but your own.

And for the record, I've tried to challenge the sanctity of people in their bubbles for two years. They either never responded or called be a bigot and MAGA extremist. So don't throw stones because you might break the bubble you're in.
