Reminds me of an article I wrote in a blog that was only slightly serious around Christmas time: the anti-feelgood Christmas TV episodes. Stories set on Christmas on TV that leave with you the same feel of angst you usually do on the holiday season without the pretension of feeling good. I remember that they were the pilot of Six Feet uNDER - Nathaniel Fisher gets killed while I'll be Home for Christmas plays on the radion, Santa Claus is Dead, a St Elsewhere episode where not only does that actually happen at the title hospital but Dr. Mark Craig confronts the recent death of his son and Homicide's All Is Bright, which involves an investigation where a woman who is dying of AIDS kills the HIV positive man who infected her. Same concept, but the shows are real and I was being sort of serious. Anywau this is funny and as someone whose girlfriend prefaced his cheating on him by first calling his friends and asking if they could stay friends even though we were breakup, I heartily approve the spirit of this article. You've won Valentine's Day too

After years of laboring for love in my blog on TV, I have decided to expand my horizons by blogging about my great love to a new and hopefully wider field.
