Sad that the people who really need to read this column will either never read it or take the wrong lessons from it. I won't name names, I think we all know who they are. Some of them may have already given replies arguing that your point of view is wrong.

This is a lucid rational and calm point of view and believe me, as someone who has read far too many diatribes on this blog that are just doomcrying with no solutions, it's the first real and rational progressive strategy I've read in a very long time. Which is why the 20% of the people are going to keep making 80% of the noise rather than try it. It's more lucrative, sadly.
