See this is the problem when you try to use actual logic. I have little doubt these are the same people who will argue that white America can never be forgiven for the genocides they have committed on indigenous people hundreds of years ago. But the Holocaust? It was eighty years ago! The Jews in Israel need to move on from something that happened so long ago.

And while the indigenous people and AFrican Americans living in America today should neither forgive nor forget all of the horrible things the west did to them for hundreds of years, all the ancestors of the Jewish people who spent thousands of years being pogromed, massacred and isolated in every country they ever lived in.. the left's reaction seems to be you should have gotten over it by now. I mean you lived in the West and you were white. How bad could things really have been for you?

That is the de facto attitude of leftist publications which no basically say the Holocaust is no excuse for Israel's bad behavior or any Jew across the globe for supporting it. Hell, its good enough for Noam Chomsky so its good enough for us. That's the left's attitude and they will never see it otherwise. Even a direct parallel to the events isn't the same because...shut up. That's their attitude about everything, don't expect logic or history to enter in to it.
