You have the misfortune of reading the ONE column I've written about Bill Maher in two years that takes his side. I agree with you about almost everything in this column - and again I have no intention of watching him when he comes back. The column is more about how so many on the left consider Maher a Republican when he has never been one and has been endorsing Democrats for years. I'm going to write a column today about how one can be a Democrat and not agree with everything progressives stand for yet according to many progressives you can not be a Democrat without being a complete progressive. I've been writing many columns about my frustration with leftists insistence that you accept every part of their agenda or... well, I'll send you the link in a minute. I expect to take heat from it but it does express my frustration and in it, I do feel there are bipartisan aspects.
